Mr Johnston, who is known for his honesty, hard work and going above and beyond for his clients, has moved up the ranks with his mentor Ben Sharpe as a partner in their already established and well known Ray White Livestock Warwick business. The partnership brings together experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering outstanding service to the community.

Mr Sharpe combines enthusiasm and a passion for marketing property and livestock with the experience that over 15 years as an agent and a lifetime on the land brings with it.

Seeking new challenges and opportunities, Mr Johnston joined Mr Sharpe and the Ray White team in the Tenterfield business in 2014 and in 2019 made the move to Warwick. Ben has certainly demonstrated his commitment and expertise in the industry throughout his time servicing Warwick and surrounding regions as the town’s livestock agent for cattle and sheep sales.

“Ben’s successful reputation is due to the passion he has for the industry and his unwavering drive to provide his clients a professional offering. If you enjoy what you're doing, you will do it extremely well," Mr Sharpe said

“The step up into business ownership is a natural progression and reflection of his efforts, earning him the recognition he deserves. Ben's dedication and exceptional performance make him an ideal partner.

“Our focus isn’t on what everyone else is doing around us, it’s keeping the business true to our way to better service our customers and build the business."

Mr Johnston recently welcomed his first child into his family and has plans of expanding his Ray White team in the near future.

“We’re aiming to expand our team and find individuals who share the same level of expertise and dedication as the rest of the Livestock Warwick team, including young gun agent Callum McNichol,” Mr Johnston said.

"We want to surround ourselves with good people that can deliver exceptional service and go the extra mile for clients which is crucial to our long-term success."

Ray White Rural and Livestock managing director Stephen Nell said he was excited to see Mr Johnston and Mr Sharpe strengthen their ties in the Warwick community.

“This is an exciting time for Ray White Livestock Warwick and the greater Ray White Rural and Livestock network. Ben Johnston is already an enthusiastic and energetic leader, so this progression was obvious and I look forward to supporting both him and Ben Sharpe in their future success,” Mr Nell said.

“We are a family group who support each other and enjoy collaborating together as there’s no finish line and we certainly do go further together.”
