Mr Seach has been named a Premier Performer each year since he joined Ray White, and an Alan White Elite Performer over the last two years, which places him within the top 6% of the Ray White group Australia wide.

“Each year we’ve been fortunate to grow our business steadily, which has resulted in us helping more sellers and buyers, and has allowed us to create more opportunities to expand into other areas of business,” Mr Seach said.

“We place a lot of value on honesty, hard work, communication and resilience in the field, so operating at the top of our game ensures our clients walk away knowing they got the best possible price, and have a great experience too” he said.

“When you get to a certain level in real estate, and you’re ambitious, you start to look closely at what your options are. I identified very quickly that after 10 years in the industry, that creating my own office can not only progress my career, but offer support, training and a growth plan to others. That’s definitely a goal of ours, is to welcome new agents, a property management department, finance, and to help each person achieve what they want out of real estate” he said.

Mr Seach said when he was looking at his options for his next move, he knew it would be with Ray White after just one meeting.

“It was quite obvious for me to pair with Ray White, being the biggest real estate business in Australasia. They offer established processes & systems, support with the corporate team, financial guidance, and expert-level training by learning from the best and most high performing people in Australian real estate,” Mr Seach said.

Joining Daniel is his Operations Manager Adam Mitchell, who draws on some 15 years of experience supporting elite real estate agent teams within two different global property franchises. Mr Mitchell will be the backbone of the Ray White Black Forest office, and is familiar with the network, rejoining after having worked with the top office in the network in 2018.

Daniel recognised the potential in the Black Forest market and says he’s determined to leverage his expertise to help clients navigate the local real estate landscape successfully.

“It was really a no-brainer to open an office in Black Forest. It’s a close-knit community, and is bordered by exceptional suburbs such as Forestville, Everard Park and Glandore; all offering such a vibrant community and culture. I’ve personally lived in Black Forest for the last 5.5 years, and I’ve seen the area change quite a bit. It is very well geared for future growth, and with no clear market leader, this is a great opportunity for a genuine local to really help other locals buy and sell real estate” Mr Seach said.

Ray White Black Forest is keen to engage with the local community through supporting local businesses, sponsorships and community events, and to help out initiatives at the Clarence Gardens community centre.

Ray White SA/NT CEO Matthew Lindblom congratulated Daniel Seach on opening his business.

“Daniel is one of the hardest working agents I know and it has been really pleasing to see his leadership grow in line with his ambitions”.

“Daniel has a unique skill set, as both an excellent real estate negotiator as well as being very good with advanced technology, taking full advantage of the Ray White technology suite for the benefit of his clients and staff”.

“I am really looking forward to Daniel opening his own business and l look forward to supporting both Daniel and Adam as they grow their new venture and team.”
