Ken’s grandsons Mattias Samuelsson and Simon Beaufils also own the market leading Ray White Helensburgh and have taken the business to the next level since stepping up.

The pair had real estate in their DNA having a father who is a commercial property developer. Growing up in the greater Ponsonby area, the pair kicked off their real estate careers more than a decade ago at Ray White Ponsonby followed by Ray White Kingsland. They've more recently stepped into business ownership at Ray White Grey Lynn.
