FAMILIAR local face Jo Schuberth is excited to have taken the reins of Australasia’s largest real estate group in Queensland’s oldest town, Gayndah.
Jo, who is known for her fresh approach to real estate in the area, has taken over the long established Ray White business to take advantage of the leading agency’s unparalleled capabilities to best serve her customers.
Jo, who grew up in regional New South Wales and has more than 25 years experience as an interior designer, said the Ray White business will still offer the same personalised customer service they are already well-known for in the North Burnett.
“I have an eye for detail and design and can help our clients whether or not they are buying, selling, leasing or investing. I will always ensure that they are at the centre of our business,” Jo said.
“Because we are a small team, we are also very hands-on. We look after our customer’s property as if it was our own and are constantly striving to offer better than what we offered yesterday.
“I feel that Ray White is the next evolution that will help us offer our clients superior results.”
With a massive agricultural centre in the area which is well known for its cattle and citrus farms, Jo is eager to expand the business further and offer services to rural customers.
“Expanding into the rural market is a priority for us and I am certainly excited to lead an agency that is bigger, better and bolder to help us achieve our goals, while supporting the community that has supported us” she said.
Jo has a passion for property that spans decades, working across multiple sectors in the design and construction industry in project management and client services. Her experience in Interior Design cuts across all commercial design with a focus on residential and aged care businesses.
Jo and her family moved to Gayndah during the pandemic, chasing a better lifestyle and farming community. “From operating my own design business to moving into real estate has been a very natural transition for me. I love people and property. I grew up in a regional area and I have an affinity with this area as it’s a wonderful place to raise our children.”
Ray White Rural Managing Director Stephen Nell said he was thrilled to see Jo move into a leadership role.
“I am really looking forward to supporting Jo and celebrating her success. She has the weight of the Ray White network behind her,” Mr Nell said.
“We talk about the difference at Ray White, and we are a family group with family values. We support each other and collaborate together as there’s no finish line and we certainly go further together.”
