Mark Jennings and Tim Doyle have once again expanded their award-winning group of Ray White offices in the Nepean region, opening Ray White Emu Plains to service the community west of the river at the foot of the Blue Mountains.
The powerhouse team of over 150 staff within the Ray White Macarthur and Nepean groups operate out of locations in Penrith, Glenmore Park, Jordan Springs, Campbelltown, Camden, Narellan, Willowdale, and now Emu Plains.
The leaders behind the huge operation both grew up in the Penrith region, giving them first-hand appreciation for the area. They have been with the Ray White group for 17 years.
“Tim and I grew up in the Nepean region and went to primary school in Emu Plains and Leonay. So not only are we Penrith boys, we really spent a lot of our childhood right here,” Mark said.
“We opened Emu Plains because of our desire to service the marketplace west of the Nepean River. Not only do we want the business to grow geographically, we also want our staff to have a platform to expand their businesses into this great region and beyond.”
General Manager Daniel Piredda said that the group has already built a great deal of trust and rapport with the local community with their three existing Nepean offices.
“For us, being part of the Ray White group means that customers instantly feel at home with a brand they recognise, and we are really looking forward to providing that same feeling for customers in Emu Plains,” Daniel said.
“The area is quite tightly held, particularly the prestige properties along the river. There is obviously appeal in being so close to the Blue Mountains, and also being within Penrith but away from the hustle and bustle.”
It is no secret that the past couple of years has seen a huge influx of Sydney-siders as well as interstate tree-changers flocking to the region.
“Even in a shifting market, regional areas like ours are still performing really well, particularly since the pandemic when people realised they no longer wanted to be in the busy cities.”
Emu Plains has a population of around 9000, with more and more people flocking to the area for its peace and quiet, community spirit and larger blocks of land.
The team said that the majority of their focus over the next 12 months would be on growing sales and property management, and generating their name and reputation in the area, now that they have a base to call home in Emu Plains.
“We want to really grow into the area, and recruit more brilliant young agents to service the property needs of our region,” Tim said.
“Our key strength is our people, their skills and their expertise. The other local agencies have been there for a long time and we are looking forward to bringing a fresh new offering to locals.”
Ray White New South Wales CEO Tim Snell congratulated Tim and Mark on the expansion into their fourth location for the Nepean Group, and the huge impact they have had on the group over 17 years.
“Tim and Mark represent Ray White's culture of ambition and untapped potential. Their ability to grow their business by recruiting, training and developing their people is a nod to their leadership. We are so excited to celebrate their development into this key marketplace,” he said.
“We congratulate the extended Ray White Macarthur Group and Nepean Group family, and I personally can’t wait to see what they achieve for the Emu Plains community.
