Powerhouse Rockhampton principals take over Ray White Yeppoon

Part of the Yeppoon community since 1992, Ray White Yeppoon’s long standing owners Debbie and Lindsay Lodwick passed the baton to David and Riley, while still staying on in the business in a sales capacity.

The pair have strong ties to the area with David purchasing land in Yeppoon 18 months ago, with construction starting on his new home in July, and Riley having family in the coastal town.

“I’ve always had ambitions of having multiple offices and growing our Ray White business,” Riley said.

“This will help us work together cohesively between our Rockhampton and Yeppoon offices, making the business better for our staff and clients.

“We currently have around 50 staff in Rockhampton, and will quickly build our Yeppoon team to 25-30 staff across sales and property management, as well as an in-house Loan Market broker.”

Ray White Rockhampton was Ray White Queensland number one business for volume of sales last financial year, and David said he believed they had plenty to offer the Yeppoon community in terms of service.

“We want to be known for our professionalism and integrity,” David said.

“We’re also backed by Australasia’s largest real estate brand which will help give the best support to our clients.

“We want to provide a ten out of ten service level to all our clients.”
