This merger positions the juggernaut Ray White Canberra group as one of the largest rent roll operators within the ACT.

The move will also strengthen the group’s presence in their original birthplace of Belconnen, with Badenoch Real Estate operating within the region for over 26 years.

Heather, Symon, and their team are excited for the next chapter and looking forward to servicing their clients with the support of the Ray White group.

Ray White Canberra started life as a small three-person operation in Belconnen. With primary offices in North Canberra, South Canberra and the CBD, the team has expanded to over 120 real estate professionals.

Ray White Chairman and Founder Ben Faulks said the values of humility, teamwork, customer service and leadership underpinned the guiding mission of the whole team.

“Ray White Canberra is obsessed about improving the customer experience and removing friction from the real estate transaction for consumers and agents alike,” he said.

With the addition of the Badenoch business, Ray White Canberra will manage over $2 billion worth of property for over 3,000 Canberra investors and will be responsible for selling nearly one in every ten homes.

Mr Faulks and business co-founder Scott Jackson are immensely proud of their business growth over the last 13 years.

“We are delighted to welcome Symon, Heather and the team to our group. Their family values align perfectly with ours, and the commitment they’ve shown to serving their customers is something we’re proud to build on into the future.

“The Badenoch team who are coming across are highly experienced industry leaders with strong career aspirations, which we look forward to supporting.
