Cox Property Solutions has stood as a cornerstone in the Snowy community, under the steadfast leadership of local proprietor, Ruth Cox. The company has consistently delivered top-tier real estate sales and rental services, earning a distinguished reputation for its unwavering professionalism and commitment to excellence.
For the past two years Ray White Cooma has been ably led by highly decorated sales agent Simon Porter. Simon is a career real estate agent who has deep experience across residential, rural and land sales. Simon is in the process of relocating to live in Cooma, with his son having enjoyed schooling in the community for the past year.
Simon and Ruth will unite to bring the best of both worlds to the Snowy community - local knowledge and experience, backed by the firepower of the broader Capital Region's largest real estate group, Ray White.
Chairman of the Ray White Canberra Group, Ben Faulks, said that local leadership was essential to a thriving real estate business.

Ms Cox will continue to oversee her portfolio of properties and work alongside Mr Porter to expand the Ray White presence in Cooma and the surrounding region.
With the inclusion of the Cox Property Solutions business, the Ray White Canberra Group will now manage a portfolio exceeding $2 billion in property assets, serving over 3,000 investors, and facilitating the sale of nearly one in every ten homes in the ACT and surrounds.
Mr Faulks and business co-founder Scott Jackson have taken immense pride in the significant growth of their business over the past 13 years.
