The Mansfield State High School Hall was packed with more than 600 people watching the live market action. And there was 450 people tuned in online too.

Ray White Mt Gravatt principal and auctioneer Grant Boman said low supply was still driving the current market.

“We cleared 100 per cent last night. We sold 13/13 and all up worth $13.5 million in total. We got our timing right and our team worked incredibly hard to fill the room with buyers and potential sellers.

“There is not enough supply of homes to go around and you can see by the active bidding that demand is very high.”

The buyer demographic saw mainly locals win the keys, with some bidder registrations from overseas.

"We streamed the auction live and had 450 watching online too. This is the biggest auction event I have ever called and we hope to make it bi annual or even three times a year,” Mr Boman said.
