Richardson & Sinclair is a stock and station agency established in 1967, and their new Ray White Rural offices at Dubbo, Nyngan and Warren will continue to service their local communities with their livestock and real estate needs. With more than 15 years experience in the area, rural property specialist Frank Power, a long term member of the Ray White group, will head up the rural sales division.
Scott, Justin, the existing Livestock team of Mick Jones and Ollie Kearney now also with Frank Power on the team, will service Dubbo, Nyngan, Warren and surrounding regions with a full service proposition with both a livestock and rural property sales focus.
Scott and Justin saw it as a great opportunity to strengthen their already strong ties with the local rural community with the addition of the Ray White Rural brand.
Principals Scott Sinclair and Justin Sanderson are very familiar faces in the community.
“We are still the same team, just now in different colours. We are excited about this move to take the business to the next level,” the pair said.
“Our two great brands are better together. We are the same local team now backed by Australia's largest real estate brand, and local agents offering bigger opportunities.
“We have always dabbled in rural property sales and now we can take that business further and be a one-stop shop for our clients.”
Ray White Richardson & Sinclair at Dubbo will remain as primary livestock agents in the area. “The market is a balanced market right now. It’s back at a sustainable level,” Justin Sanderson, also a fifth generation Livestock agent, said.
“We were already buying a lot of stock from Ray White’s Queensland network, so for us this is a very natural transition.
“Everyone is so excited about the next chapter. It’s great to have Frank Power with us, he’s a very familiar face in rural sales. This move will be a great benefit to our clients to have access to the bigger group, with greater opportunities.”
Ray White Rural Managing Director Stephen Nell said he was thrilled to see Scott and Justin move their business to Ray White.
“I am really looking forward to supporting Scott and Justin and celebrating their success. They have the weight of the Ray White Rural network behind them now,” Mr Nell said.
“We talk about the difference at Ray White, and we are a family group with family values. We support each other and collaborate together as there’s no finish line and we certainly go further together.”
