Nearly 700 guests attended the annual Ray White South Australia state awards at the Adelaide Convention Centre to celebrate the achievements of the top offices and individuals throughout the network.

Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory CEO Matthew Lindblom said it was so good to have everyone all there together as one collective team, with a room full of talent and ambition.

“The annual awards is a special opportunity where all of us come together for a night of fun, recognition and celebration and what a year we have had to celebrate," he said.

“Ray White in SA is now close to selling one in every five homes across the state, with our market share in our strongest position yet and still so much more opportunity in front of us.

“Every year we trend closer to our goal of selling one in four properties across the state and conducting 50 per cent of all auctions across Adelaide.

“Tonight we recognise our top performers, as individuals, teams and across all areas of the business, including leadership, sales, property management and our often unsung heroes - administration and support staff. We also recognise many of our long-standing members for their tenure, to say thank you for your contribution and loyalty over many years.”

The coveted Top Office award for the Ray White SA | NT network once again went to leading Adelaide business Ray White Norwood (pictured above). The team were also named the Top International Office for volume of properties sold, as well as being awarded for Auction Excellence, coming first in SA I NT and third internationally.

Ray White Norwood star performer Brandon Pilgrim (pictured above with his team) was awarded the Top Salesperson Award, while Ross Whiston from Ray White Gawler East was ranked the number one salesperson based on number of sales. Sales Associate of the Year went to Joel Fisher from Ray White Port Adelaide | Largs Bay.

After stepping into business ownership last year, Ray White Prospect principal Stefan Siciliano (pictured above) took out the number one principal award and was also named the Top Agent for Auction Excellence across Ray White SA|NT, as well as being ranked third internationally across the group for both sales volume and Auction Excellence.

Ray White Mount Barker | Woodside (pictured above) had another very successful year and took out the top gong for best regional office.

Coming from South Australia’s top wine area, the Ray White Barossa Valley | Two Wells team was named the office with the most growth in the 2022-23 financial year. Principals Darren Pratt and Jamie Wood (pictured above) also won the Outstanding Contribution Award.

Mr Lindblom said the pair are leaders in the group and the industry, consistently innovating and showing what is possible, with a positive attitude towards abundance rather than scarcity.

“They continue to focus and grow in their core areas, understand the importance of nurturing their database and have changed their market from private treaty to auction,” he said.

“They are always happy to contribute, provide assistance to others, collaborate and share wherever they can, wanting what is best for their staff and the group.

“The continual investment in growth of their business and team, ambition and competitive spirit to win is synonymous with Ray White.”

The Community Service Award winner was the team at Ray White Mt Gambier, led by Tahlia Gabrielli (pictured above), who was also recognised as Ray White SA I NT’s first ever female Chairman’s Elite agent.

The evening was made extra special by celebrating John Berno’s (pictured above) 30th year with the group, with Mr Berno opening Ray White’s first South Australian office in 1993, located at Grange. Mr Berno is a well respected member of the Ray White network, with strong family values synonymous with the Ray White family business and received an overwhelming applause in recognition of his 30 years.



Ray White Unley | Colonel Light Gardens sales partner Robbie Smith (pictured above) will be representing South Australia at this year’s Australasian Auctioneering Championships so it came as no surprise that he was named the Auctioneer of the Year in the Ray White SA | NT network. Costa Andresakis is one to watch, taking out the Rising Star Auctioneer of the Year award.

Joey Delis from Loan Market Glenelg | Brighton took out the winning spot in the Top Ray White Brokers category and the office’s Chelsea Casey was awarded the Top Agent/Broker Partnership for Loan Market Referrals. Ray White Norwood was named the Top Office for Loan Market Referrals.

Ray White Darwin was awarded the Best Presented Office award at the group’s annual awards.

The Clients’ Choice awards went to Ray White Yorke Peninsula, Ray White Renmark | Waikerie, Ray White Port Augusta | Whyalla, Ray White Gawler and Ray White Bordertown. Ray White Yorke Peninsula was also named as a Clients’ Choice office internationally. The office’s Shaun Miller and Scott Bockman were awarded for the Individual Clients Choice award in SA | NT, along with Tristian Kennedy of Ray White Grange, Ray White Port Augusta | Whyalla’s Charmaine Budd and Greg Cram from Ray White Berri. Scott Bockmann and Greg Cram were also awarded for Individual Clients’ Choice internationally.

Amy Rozek (pictured above) from Ray White Flagstaff Hill took out the Take Flight - Sales award. An award celebrating an individual’s first year as a lead salesperson after previously working in a sales team. The Compass Award which was given to Ray White Barossa Valley | Two Wells’ Rhys Escritt. It recognised the Ray White SA | NT network’s highest-performing Compass training program participant, considering both their numerical achievements and their unwavering dedication to the program.

The Top Office Database award went to Ray White Barossa Valley | Two Wells and the Top Individual Database award was won by Brandon Pilgrim of Ray White Norwood.

The unsung heroes of real estate, property managers and administrators were also able to celebrate. Office/Operations Manager of the Year went to Azaya Moore (pictured above) from Ray White Barossa Valley | Two Wells. Ray White Goolwa | Victor Harbor’s Marisa Beattie was named Administrator/Personal Assistant of the Year.

Sarah Curtis (pictured above) from Ray White Morphett Vale | Christies Beach was named the Top Property Manager in SA | NT and Melanie Hackett of Ray White Glenelg | Brighton won the Rising Star of Property Management award. Jess Press from Ray White Port Augusta | Whyalla was ranked as the Top Business Development Manager in Property Management for SA | NT.

The Top Property Management Business was Ray White Norwood | Grange, while Ray White Morphett Vale | Christies Beach won the Top Property Management Performance Business award. The number one Property Management Growth Business was awarded to Ray White Glenelg | Brighton.
