A dynamic leader with extensive real estate sales experience and local knowledge, Brijesh Mishra has partnered with Australasia’s largest real estate group to open Ray White Para Hills in Adelaide’s northern suburbs.

Born in India, Brijesh moved to Australia 18 years ago working as an accountant by trade and he absolutely ‘fell in love with Adelaide’.

“I worked at an accountant’s office while studying for my CPA and never fully enjoyed it; I was always actively researching real estate on the side and was so passionate about it,” he said.

“I was helping people with real estate advice for free, as well as buying and selling my own properties. My father and brother are well-respected in the commercial real estate industry.”

Brijesh decided to turn his passion into his full time career and made the plunge five years ago. “I never looked back; six days a week was not enough for me!”

Brijesh said that the major reason for deciding to partner with Ray White in his next career step as a business owner was the structure that the group offered.

“After you get to a certain level in your career, you need to sharpen your skills with the best possible group in the market,” he said.

“Ray White is the strongest in the market when it comes to technology and training, and the brand is also the most recognisable and respected in South Australia as well as across the rest of the country.”

Migrating here 18 years ago and now raising his own two daughters in the region with his wife Kirti who is a local nurse.

“My wife has been my biggest supporter and has been the reason I was able to make this leap into business ownership; I am incredibly grateful for her and my daughters for their support,” he said.

He and his family also know the first-hand the lifestyle benefits of living in the area.

“I bought this office location 12 months ago as an investment, and I had a vision to open a real estate office here one day in such a great central location for Northern Adelaide,” he said.

“This area is developing like crazy with new houses and subdivisions, and people are starting to realise how much potential there is,”

“We are within 15km of the CBD, have great facilities and shopping centres, school zones, parks, cafes and restaurants. Anything you need is right here on your doorstep.”

Brijesh said that his main ambition now is to show the community that he is their go-to local agent, and create a strong bond of trust between him and his client base.

“Most of my business is generated from repeat customers of word-of-mouth referrals,” he said.

Within only a year of starting his property management business, Brijesh has also grown his rent roll to over 100 properties which he plans to build upon.

“I look forward to bringing another property manager on board soon, as well as additional high performing sales professionals whom I can train and mentor.”

Joining him in the business from the outset is sales associate Newton Do and property manager Shani Senaviratne.

Ray White SA/NT CEO Matt Lindblom congratulated Brijesh and the team on the opening of Ray White Para Hills.

“Young leaders are so important to the growth of any group and we are very excited Brijesh has decided to take the next step in his career with us. He has great energy and plenty of ambition. We look forward to supporting Brijesh and his team,” Mr Lindblom said.
