Daniel Ialacci has opened his own business in the suburb of Waikiki in Perth’s southern suburbs, since partnering with Australasia’s largest real estate brand to create Ray White Ialacci Group.

Daniel is born and bred in the local area, but actually found his calling for real estate while living on Queensland’s Gold Coast in 2016.

“I decided to make the career move into real estate after many years as a tradesman and FIFO worker, for a bit of a lifestyle change and after having a few people encourage me,” Daniel said.

Starting his career with leading Queensland office, Ray White Surfers Paradise Group, Daniel quickly realised that he had found his true passion.

In 2020, Daniel was brought back to his hometown due to the pandemic; he was craving family connection and the familiarity of beautiful southern Perth.

“I quickly got started building my business and team, which was wonderful because of all the connections I already had,” he said.

“It has always been my ambition to be a leader and a business owner in my own right; bringing my local knowledge as well as the outstanding business learnings I received on the Gold Coast.”

Choosing Ray White to continue his property journey with was a simple one for Daniel, who said that the power of Australasia’s largest property group could not be understated.

“The brand itself and technology offering is second to none with Ray White, and the relationships I have built with business owners both here and on the east coast are very important to me,” he said.

Growing up in and around the City of Rockingham his whole life, Daniel knows first hand the lifestyle benefits of living in the area.

“This region offers a relaxed lifestyle with great family-friendly beaches, where you can sit and watch your kids swim safely,” he said.

“We also have a large array of properties to suit investors or first home buyers, as well as huge oceanfront properties or inner-city acreage that is only 20 minutes away from the beach.

Daniel said that his main ambition now is to improve the lives of both his customers, and the new staff members that he will mentor closely.

“My Dad bought and sold a lot of property when I was younger, and I noticed the good and bad ways that agents would conduct their business. It inspired me to be the very best kind of agent,” he said.

“I already have a great understanding of my clientele, and now my challenge is to facilitate that same path for the salespeople that join me.”

Joining him in the business already is a salesperson and an associate, and he is looking to expand further for the right people.

“We will be bringing one or two more established agents soon, as well as a property management business development manager to start growing our rental department.”

Ray White Western Australia CEO Mark Whiteman congratulated Daniel on the opening of Ray White Ialacci Group.

“Young leaders are so important to the growth of any group and we are very excited Daniel has decided to take the next step in his career with us. He’s got great energy and plenty of ambition. We look forward to supporting Daniel and his team,” he said.
