Paul opened his first real estate office, Ray White Toronto, 23 years ago, before expanding to open Ray White North Lake Macquarie in 2022. Paul also has a satellite office in Wangi Wangi.

“Ray White Warners Bay is like the last piece of the puzzle, it will allow us to cover the entire Lake Macquarie region,” Paul said.

“It’s a dream come true to have someone like Kathleen join our team.

“She has been an agent in Lake Macquarie for more than five years and since then has built a reputation for putting her clients first, becoming one of the top agents in the region.

“To bring her level of service to our business is amazing.”

Kathleen joins the team alongside her daughter Sydney who operates as Kathleen’s sales associate. Paul said he hoped to continue to grow both a sales and leasing team at Ray White Warners Bay.

Over the next 12 months, Paul said he wanted to increase the market share of the business as well as grow their reputation for exceptional customer service.

“Our clients always come first, we want to provide the area's most outstanding service,” he said.

“We want to provide the best advice and the best price for our clients.

“We want to be known for having an exceptional level of service and care, that’s our point of difference. Which is backed by our service guarantee.”

Ray White NSW CEO Tim Snell congratulated Paul on opening his fourth office, and welcomed Kathleen to the family.

“Successful business owner Paul Wrigley and renowned local agent Kathleen Matinlassi teaming up at Ray White Warners Bay creates the perfect springboard to set the business up for success,” Tim said.

“The pair have unprecedented knowledge and experience in the Lake Macquarie area which is an asset to both their clients, and the broader Ray White Group.

“I look forward to witnessing everything Paul and Kathleen achieve in their new venture at Ray White Warners Bay.”
