Rural experts expand to Holbrook

Ray White Rural Albury leaders David Benson and James Brown (pictured left to right above) have officially launched their business into the southern New South Wales’ region of Holbrook.

James and David are respected leaders in the livestock and agricultural industries with more than five decades of experience between the two. They said their expansion into Holbrook was a natural progression after bringing on top local salesperson Matt Spry last year to service the community.

“We already have clients in the Holbrook district and with Matt’s local knowledge and expertise in the area, we thought there was no better time than to officially open an office in Holbrook,” James said.

While the Ray White Rural Albury office has already been operating in the Holbrook area, they are excited to make it official that they are now locals with James saying they are bringing Ray White’s recognisable brand to the area.

“The brand is instantly recognisable, everyone knows Ray White and we love being part of the group that has so much to offer including support, training and more opportunities,” he said.

“Not only this, but we’re also able to bring the strength and the international reach of Ray White, we’re backed by the strongest name in real estate and we are able to pass those benefits on to our clients.

David and James and their team are livestock, agriculture and real estate experts within the area, specialising in lifestyle acreage, farm and livestock acreage but with the expansion will also be focusing on residential properties in the Holbrook area.
