Leading real estate operators Jason Spagnuolo and Nick Borrelli have stepped into leadership roles within the Ray White Campbelltown office.
Both Jason and Nick bring a wealth of expertise to their roles. As born and bred locals of the Campbelltown area, they have a deep understanding of the north/eastern Adelaide market, allowing them to provide invaluable insights into the local property landscape. The pair will amalgamate with the renowned Campbelltown office, transitioning their existing Paradise business under the same banner.
Jason is a well-known and respected figure in the Adelaide real estate industry, having grown his Ray White Norwood business into Ray White South Australia’s leading agency and one of the group’s top international auction offices.
Nick’s comprehensive knowledge of current trends and dedication to delivering outstanding results and exceeding client expectations has solidified his position as a leading sales agent in the north/east of Adelaide.

Jason and Nick will be stepping up their leadership roles further, as local Campbelltown real estate stalwart Frank Carlesso continues with the business in a sales focused role. Jason said they are looking forward to working with someone who has been so embedded in the community.
“Frank has been ingrained in this area for 30 odd years and with that comes a high level of social proof and trust in the community. We saw an opportunity and are grateful to be positioned alongside Frank and the well-known Ray White Campbelltown office,” Nick said.
“Frank will be able to provide mentorship. We can learn from what he’s done and apply that with what Jason and I have learned and experienced, it’s the perfect collaboration.”
Frank said the move is an exciting transition and is delighted to see the fresh energy and ambition that Jason and Nick will bring to the Ray White Campbelltown team.
“Ray White Campbelltown was one of the first Ray White offices to open in South Australia, there’s a huge legacy here and I couldn’t be happier to see that passed on to Jason and Nick,” Frank said.
