Top SA director embarks on new venture
Sam Brincat, outgoing co-owner of the award-winning Ray White Norwood office, has embarked on a new venture by opening a property management-focused business, Ray White St Peters.
Having overseen Ray White Norwood and fellow office Ray White Grange’s impressive rent roll growth, this strategic move has allowed Sam to consolidate property management operations under one roof, creating Ray White’s largest rent roll in the state.
With a vision to provide unparalleled property management services, Sam is also excited to later introduce a dynamic sales team to the Ray White St Peters office.
With his commitment to excellence, Sam's decision to establish Ray White St Peters will ensure a heightened focus on property management services, while aligning with the future expansion into sales, enhancing the comprehensive offerings of the Ray White Group in South Australia.
"Ray White St Peters is not just about business expansion, it's about cultivating a thriving team culture that's deeply committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients," Sam said.
“We started from scratch and have been able to build a great team. My focus is on the systems, processes and customer experience, ensuring we are offering a world-class service to our clients.
“It's also really important to me that the team I build enjoy where they work and we create a tight knit environment.”
Sam’s dedication to fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment reflects his belief that a strong team culture is instrumental in achieving success.
Ray White SA | NT CEO Matthew Lindblom congratulated Sam on his move to open Ray White St Peters.
“Sam and Jason Spagnuolo have led the exceptional Ray White Norwood team together since 2016, where they built an award winning business that has grown exponentially since it was opened over six years ago," he said.
“It is exciting to see Sam start this new venture at St Peters, as it is Jason now assuming full responsibility for the Norwood office.
“Sam will bring this winning structure and processes to the new St Peters office and most importantly focus on building a great team culture.
“Sam and his experienced team will continue to be an asset to the group and I look forward to celebrating their future success.”
