The two day Elevate training session, hosted by our Performance and Recognition team was an opportunity for business owners from across the group, at any stage of their journey, to learn from each other and understand everything the Ray White Group has to offer them.

Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew welcomed the group to Brisbane on behalf of the White family.

“The magic of the room is that none of us knows what the people in this room are capable of and that’s what our industry is all about - what is possible from the people here today,” Jason said.

“We have individuals that you can call upon at any time, who are on equal footing. We have people who have gone through the challenges you have or are going through now and they can become friends and confidantes who you can bounce ideas off of.

The group of business owners heard from various teams across the network ranging from administration, to property management and accounting.

Ray White Queensland Property Management BDE Kate Stewart took the group through the technology and support the property management team can offer. Meanwhile, Concierge is the group’s prospecting and after sales care team. CEO Kelly Tatlow spoke to the group about how they can best leverage the products on offer to help their clients and generate new leads.

Ray White Digital BDE Team Leader Tamara Ortiz also took them through the 23 products now housed under the group’s superior technology offering called One System which includes sales management platform NutureCloud and benchmarking program Pulse.
