Young gun real estate star steps up at Ray White Grange

Tristian has joined Ray White Norwood, Paradise and Grange business owner Jason Spagnuolo, as a selling principal. In just six years, he has climbed the Ray White performance ladder and said he thrives on the competitive nature of the industry.

“I entered real estate because I am a people person and love being able to support my clients through often the biggest moments in their lives. It’s a competitive industry and that helps drive me to do my very best for them,” Tristian said.

“I was lucky enough to be mentored by Jason Spagnuolo from a young age and he has always helped get the best out of me. I’ve been able to develop my skills and know the best way to help my clients is to focus on the process and not get tied up in the emotion.

“The mentorship and leadership, not just at Ray White Norwood and Ray White Grange, but at Ray White as a group has allowed me to grow and progress. Jason said Tristian displays a number of qualities that he admires and it was a natural progression to elevate him to Ray White Grange’s leadership team.
